What are the best diet and exercise weight loss systems and plans out there?
I’m looking for experience, not opinions. I want answers from people who have lost 100 lbs. or more, especially. Tell how much you lost on your diet. Brag a little– you deserve it. But tell me how you did it and how long you’ve kept it off, whether you had to have surgery for sagging skin afterward (and how you avoided it, if you avoided it) and if you are happy with a healthier lifestyle.
