I’m 40, 6′ and weigh 205 lbs and want to get back to my 25 year old weight of 175-180, how long will it take?

I have no energy, but confident I can control my eating.

If you can simply habituate good and proper eating (with cheats) and control your daily caloric intake with portion size, then it will be easy to keep the fat gone when you reach your goal weight.
