Legit Online Weight Loss Buddy Website?
I’ve been searching and I can’t seem to find an online weight loss buddy site that doesn’t just seem like the next version of myspace and none of the people are actually friendly. I’d put a message up in the forum and get no responses. Does anyone know of a site that actually is legit and that people are more than willing to reach out? I have over 50-70 lbs to lose and i know i can’t do it alone. My boyfriend on the other hand is severly underweight and can’t gain weight. So we can’t really go the same path. Please help.
Well I did an online Personal training program (and still am a subscriber). It is similar to a weight loss buddy website by the fact that you interact and communicate with a personal trainer on a daily basis. They customize everything for YOU…workouts and nutrition and get on your ass if you do not follow it.
It says it is “Virtual” but you are dealing with real people and you check your routine for the day like you check your email and you can ask them any type of question. Best part about it is it works and it is 1/3rd the cost of a real life personal trainer. I was skeptic at first but now I’m hooked and love this program!
