Food Scale
Has anyone ever tried using a scale to weigh food, as a way to control how much you’re eating? Does it work?
How do you determine how much weight in food you’re supposed to eat in a day?
Listen folks, a lot of you have made some excellent points, but please stop referring to this as a “stupid” or “retarded” question. I actually heard of people doing this, beleive it or not. Just wondering if anyone ever really tried it. If you don’t know then send your negative comments elsewhere.
If you want to try to Lose Weight or maintain by portion sizing, try weight watchers, that’s what they are all about. I do it and for the last three weeks I lost almost 10 pounds. Don’t listen to the few idiots above who obviously have nothing intelligent to contribute other than insults.
