Herbalife Aminogen
need instructions on taking herbalife.?
when do i take the total control and the aminogen, a certain time before meal or after? i have been taking them at the same time with meal/shake ,is this correct? any tips and advise would help.

i had success with herbalife a long time ago, and if i remember i was taking them at the same time with the shake or meal, they guaranteed 30 lbs in 30 days and it worked, after the 30 days i stopped using herbalife and continued to lose weight…i thought it was the best diet out there and onlty thing that worked for me!!!!! good luck
